16th Annual Carnaval 2022, at the National Hispanic Cultural Center, 1701 4th Street SW, Friday & Saturday, 7:30 p.m. Carnaval, the festive season occurring before Lent in many countries, including Latin American and Caribbean nations and parts of the United States, is one of the world’s most widespread celebrations and one of its biggest parties.
